We evaluate appliance repair requests for our members on a case-by-case basis. Thanks to our partnerships with skilled technicians in the Austin area, we can coordinate high-end appliance repairs as needed.

 We do not offer in-warranty appliance repairs.

We offer flexible billing options: annual, bi-annual, or quarterly. You will be billed in equal installments according to your selected preference. If no selection is made, billing defaults to quarterly installments. Invoices are sent 14 days in advance, with payment processed 7 days prior to your scheduled service.

We start with a free assessment to accurately determine your needs and ensure you only pay for services that truly benefit you. Our pricing reflects both current market conditions and the customized nature of our offerings.

In most cases, yes. We encourage you to list all desired services during your initial assessment or consultation. We’ll assign an account manager to your home who remains available for any additional requests throughout the year.
