Customized to you we will focus on keeping major systems and appliances in your Austin home running smoothly, lowering the chance of surprise repairs and the need for inconvenient last-minute handyman visits. Although bigger fixes are sometimes unavoidable for any homeowner, staying on top of routine tasks goes a long way toward heading off larger issues.

Our maintenance schedule can be broken down by season—Summer, Fall, Winter, and Spring—ensuring that certain tasks are handled every quarter while others are tailored to the unique demands of each time of year. By proactively addressing seasonal concerns, we help preserve the condition of your home throughout the entire year, promoting its longevity and giving you peace of mind. In the event an appliance needs to be replaced or repaired we record all pertinent information to help provide a seamless experience

We evaluate appliance repair requests for our members on a case-by-case basis. Thanks to our partnerships with skilled technicians in the Austin area, we can coordinate high-end appliance repairs as needed.

We do not offer in-warranty appliance repairs.

We offer flexible billing options: annual, bi-annual, or quarterly. You will be billed in equal installments according to your selected preference. If no selection is made, billing defaults to quarterly installments. Invoices are sent 14 days in advance, with payment processed 7 days prior to your scheduled service.

We start with a free assessment to accurately determine your needs and ensure you only pay for services that truly benefit you. Our pricing reflects both current market conditions and the customized nature of our offerings.

In most cases, yes. We encourage you to list all desired services during your initial assessment or consultation. We’ll assign an account manager to your home who remains available for any additional requests throughout the year.

It depends on each window’s sun exposure. Typically, south-, east-, and west-facing windows benefit the most from tinting.

Your Account Manager will guide you through your options, recommending the best tint for your specific needs. During our in-home consultation, we’ll review available choices and help you make an informed decision.
